Spotlessly clean rooms with remarkably friendly service.

Check-in times were frustratingly strict, limited to 4-6pm, which forced us to rearrange our travels. The bathroom was incredibly cramped, barely allowing one person to fit comfortably, let alone two. the noise from other guests and seagulls was bothersome, making it hard to relax.

the kingsway was a delightful experience. the family room was very clean and bright, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. i really enjoyed the lovely selection of drinks and snacks provided. it's close to the north bay and a park, making it easy to explore the area.

The breakfast was top notch! ! We pre-booked it the night before, and let me tell you, it was a real treat! The hosts are friendly, making sure you feel right at home. Plus, the location is just a short walk from the park, perfect for the kids.
